Krause Auto Group is seeking a dependable Billing Clerk to join our dealership team. This role ensures vehicle deals and title work are processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with DMV requirements, contributing to smooth operations across departments.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous dealership billing or title experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.

Mansioni

• Process new, used, wholesale, and dealer trade vehicle deals and title work accurately.
• Verify deal paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Post vehicle sales and finalize deal documentation.
• Prepare and submit vehicle title and registration paperwork to DMV.
• Maintain organized deal jackets and records; manage dealership documentation.
• Communicate with sales and finance to resolve missing or incorrect information.
