Krause Auto Group is seeking a dependable Billing Clerk to ensure accurate vehicle deals, timely title work, and smooth dealership operations. This detail-oriented role supports the finance and sales teams in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and experience with dealership billing or title processes; familiarity with DMV requirements and Microsoft Office is a plus. We offer growth within a family-owned group and strong benefits.

Formación

• Detail-oriented and accurate in processing vehicle deals and title work.
• Familiarity with DMV/title processes preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and dealership software is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Process new, used, wholesale, and dealer trade vehicle deals with accuracy.
• Verify deal paperwork for completeness and accuracy; post sales and finalize documents.
• Prepare and submit vehicle title and registration paperwork; track titles and DMV compliance.
• Maintain organized deal jackets and records; file, scan, and manage dealership documents.
