Job summary

Coggin Honda DeLand is seeking a dynamic BDC Sales Appointment Agent to manage large volumes of inbound/outbound calls and emails, identify customer needs, and present vehicle options. You will work within Asbury's dealership network to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role emphasizes professional communication, timely follow-ups, and adherence to scripts, with strong focus on building customer relationships and achieving daily performance goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales, service BDC, receptionist, call center, or sales BDC preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to handle a high-volume workload: 50+ outbound calls and 50+ emails daily.
• Excellent customer service skills and motivation to succeed.
• Must pass pre-employment screens (background and drug test).

Responsibilities

• Contact and communicate with customers to identify automotive needs.
• Answer all calls promptly and professionally.
• Use scripts to collect customer information and document in the system.
• Enter all appointments into the dealership CRM system.
• Adhere to Asbury phone scripts and maintain product knowledge.
• Achieve daily/monthly performance goals: call/appointment/show/sell metrics.
• Follow dealership processes and maintain high contact frequency.
• Dedicate at least 3 hours daily to follow up on prospects.
