Responsibilities

• Hire, train and manage 5 BDC associates in a call center environment.
• Set quotas and appointment goals.
• Manage incoming calls and leads.
• Train and assist staff in answering internet and phone inquiries.
• Train and assist staff to identify customer needs, present product information, and schedule appointments.
• Build, maintain and measure the internet and business development processes.
• Maximize sales and profitability to agreed levels of performance.
• Analyze current sales data and look for areas to improve.
• Contribute to high scores for the dealership’s CSI.
