Job summary

Suburban Automotive Service is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive OEM accessory sales across franchised dealerships. The role includes training and supporting dealership staff, developing strategies to achieve OEM targets, and traveling within the territory to build strong partnerships.

You will collaborate with OEM and internal teams to maximize accessory revenue and profit while identifying opportunities for new sales programs and improving processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–3 years of account management experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own transportation.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Consult with dealership management to implement profit-generating processes through OEM accessories.
• Communicate monthly objectives and develop strategies to achieve OEM targets.
• Travel to each dealership within the territory every month.
• Provide training on products, processes, and programs to dealership staff.
• Collaborate with OEM Zone and District teams to leverage partnerships.
