Job summary

InBloom Autism Services is hiring Behavior Therapists to provide one-on-one therapy across centers, homes, and schools. You will follow BCBA-designed plans, collect data, and support progress toward goals with the team.

New hires can pursue RBT certification with paid training and support from clinicians, including potential certification within 30 days. Join a collaborative environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children and helping others.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must meet BACB eligibility requirements to obtain RBT certification.
• Ability to pass the required RBT certification exam within the training period.
• Must obtain and maintain required RBT certification through the BACB.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Care: Provide one-on-one therapy to clients in centers, homes and schools.
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed by BCBAs.
• Data Collection: Record data on client behaviors during therapy sessions.
• Progress Monitoring: Track client progress with supervising BCBAs.
• Behavior Reduction Techniques: Apply techniques per the BIP.
• Skill Acquisition: Help clients develop functional and social skills.
• Parent/Caregiver Training: Train and support families in strategies.
• Professionalism: Maintain ethics and client confidentiality.
• Documentation: Complete required paperwork and session notes.
• Communication: Coordinate with BCBAs, parents and team.
