Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking individuals to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic settings, helping children develop essential skills and improve behavior. You will implement plans written by a supervising BCBA and contribute to data collection, progress notes, and teamwork.

The role offers flexible hours, travel between locations, and opportunities for career growth within a supportive clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in English (verbal and written).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
