Job summary

InBloom Autism Services in Woburn, MA is seeking Behavior Therapist (BT) and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) candidates to deliver high-quality one-on-one therapy. You will implement behavior programs, collect data, and collaborate with BCBAs to support clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

New BTs receive paid on the job training and assistance to obtain RBT certification. You will work across Centers, homes, and schools, engaging families and teams to promote skill development.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children and helping others.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to pass RBT certification exam within training period.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy to clients in centers, homes, or schools.
• Follow BCBAs' behavior intervention plans to address goals.
• Collect and record data during therapy sessions with accuracy.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Support parents/caregivers in applying strategies at home.
