Job summary

Cultivate Behavioral Health seeks a compassionate Behavior Therapist to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum. You will collect data on behavior and skill acquisition, and work with a BCBA to implement teaching using Discrete Trials and Natural Environment Teaching.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or college degree required or preferred.
• Candidate training provided for ABA field.
• Dependability and consistency essential for child’s success.

Responsibilities

• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Execute Discrete Trials and Natural Environment Teaching per plan.
