Job summary

NBCG Neurobehavioral Center for Growth is seeking compassionate team members to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents with autism, under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized plans, track progress, and maintain rigorous documentation.

The role emphasizes client-centered care, collaboration with families and clinicians, and ongoing training including RBT requirements. Center-based and home-based positions with flexible shifts support clinical growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• If not already certified at hire, must become CPR and First Aid certified and maintain active certification throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents with autism.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by BCBAs.
• Use function-based strategies to prevent and respond to client needs and challenges.
• Respond to situations with behavior-analytic strategies and personal compassion.
• Communicate session activities and clinical progress with caregivers.
• Collaborate with supervisors regarding progress, barriers to treatment, and scheduling needs.
