Job summary

InBloom Autism Services is hiring both new Behavior Therapists and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians to join our diverse team.

You will implement top-tier behavior therapy programs through 1:1 therapy, data collection, and teamwork with our clinicians to help children with ASD grow and learn. We provide paid on-the-job training and support toward RBT certification within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children and helping others.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must meet all BACB eligibility requirements to obtain RBT certification.
• Ability to pass the required RBT certification exam within the training period.
• Must obtain and maintain required RBT certification through the BACB.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy to clients in centers, home, or school settings.
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs.
• Accurately collect and record data on client behaviors and responses.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to track progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Assist with parent/caregiver training and support.
