Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism through individualized plans and one-on-one sessions. You will work under the guidance of a BCBA to teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.

Ideal candidates are patient, compassionate, and team-oriented. Training is provided, and you may be asked to move or lift up to 50 pounds as part of daily activities with children.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion when supporting children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow a BCBA-guided plan.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test as required.
• Must be able to move and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized intervention plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to monitor progress and adjust strategies.
