Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children who have autism, implementing individualized behavior plans under the guidance of a BCBA. You will help teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques while supporting families.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age; High school diploma or GED; ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test; background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
