Job summary

Centria Autism seeks dedicated Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in a one-on-one setting. You will implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.

Training is provided, and you will work in a team that values safety and compassion. Applicants should be patient and reliable, able to stand or move as required, and able to obtain CPR/First Aid and a TB test.

Qualifications

• Experience with autism supports is welcome but training is provided.
• Able to implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Willingness to move and assist children in various positions.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
