Easterseals Southern California in San Diego is seeking an experienced ABA clinical supervisor to lead behavior programs for children with ASD. Under direct supervision, you’ll oversee ABA caseloads, ensure adherence to best-practice guidelines, and collaborate with families, therapists, and local centers.

The role requires a Master’s in ABA, BCBA certification, CPR, 2–3 years of ASD experience, and strong training skills.

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• CPR certification required.
• 2–3 years of ASD experience in a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ABA-based behavior programs and conduct assessments.
• Provide parent education and clinical supervision.
• Coordinate with Regional Clinical Director and HR on recruitment.
• Deliver staff training and develop instructional materials.
• Travel locally and attend conferences to stay current.
