Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

The role focuses on teaching communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques, while promoting a positive and supportive environment. Training is provided to prepare you for success. Pay ranges from $18 to $25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Patient, compassionate and able to work well in a team.
• Passion for helping children with autism.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test (TB) within onboarding.
• Eligible for a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Create a supportive, safe environment and engage children actively.
• Attend onboarding and training provided by Centria Autism.
