Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Registered Behavior Technicians. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision and work one-on-one with children to develop communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.

We provide comprehensive training so you are equipped to support each child. The role involves physical activity, with a pay range of $18-$25 per hour and opportunities for growth within Centria

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Must be patient, compassionate, and able to work in a team.
• Must be 18+ years of age and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Able to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and TB test.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Able to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must obtain and hold Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement behavior intervention plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Assist BCBA-guided interventions and monitor progress.
• Perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
