Job summary

Centria is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team and support children with autism. You will work one-on-one to implement individualized intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training so you can contribute from day one. Applicants should be patient, compassionate, and able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Passion for helping children with autism.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors and ensure safety.
• Maintain documentation and progress notes.
