Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, under the guidance of a BCBA. You will implement individualized intervention plans, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR and First Aid certification and TB test (if not within last year).
• Pass pre-employment background check.
• Move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Obtain RBT certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under a BCBA.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Help reduce interfering behaviors and support children and families.
