Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians in Michigan to work one-on-one with children, implementing tailored intervention plans under BCBA guidance. You will teach communication, social and daily living skills using evidence-based methods while supporting families daily.

We provide comprehensive training; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, obtain CPR/First Aid, TB test, and eventually earn RBT certification. Competitive pay and structured career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and TB test if not current.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Candidates must obtain an RBT certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Work one-on-one with children to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
