Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized intervention plans under a BCBA's guidance.

The role emphasizes patience, compassion, teamwork, and physical stamina, including lifting up to 50 pounds. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required. You will make a meaningful impact daily as part of a supportive, equal-opportunity team.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion when supporting children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR, First Aid Certification and TB test required (within the last year).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills; reduce interfering behaviors.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to monitor progress.
• Maintain a patient, compassionate, and team-oriented approach to support children and families.
