Centria Autism seeks a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism under the guidance of a BCBA. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

The role requires patience and teamwork as you support children in various activities, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Training is provided to ensure you can empower each child and their family.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift and assist children up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under BCBA guidance.
