Job summary

Centria Healthcare seeks enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one, implementing individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA, teaching communication, social and daily living skills and reducing challenging behaviors.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. You must be patient, compassionate and able to work in a team, with the physical ability to stand, move, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Patient, compassionate and able to work well in a team.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB testing if not on file.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children and implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
