Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.

You will use evidence-based methods to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certificates.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral intervention under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Work with children to reduce interfering behaviors.
• Assist with safe movement and positioning as needed.
