Job summary

At Centria Healthcare, we are seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA, helping children learn communication, social, and daily living skills.

No prior experience is required—comprehensive training is provided. You should be patient, compassionate, and comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds when needed; the role involves daily movement and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test (if you haven’t had one in the last year)
• Ability to pass a pre employment background check
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Candidates must obtain an Registered Behavior Technician Certification after completing onboarding

Responsibilities
