Job summary

Centria Healthcare seeks enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one with students, following individualized intervention plans under a BCBA's supervision, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training and opportunities for growth. Candidates should be patient, compassionate, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and pass required background checks; CPR/First Aid and TB

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion to work with children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow supervision.
• High school diploma or GED completed.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills under BCBA guidance.
• Maintain safety and support during activities, handling weight up to 50 lbs.
