Job summary

Centria Healthcare is seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

Training is provided to help you succeed, with a focus on safety and compassion. Required: 18+, HS diploma or GED, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and willing to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB testing; RBT certification

Qualifications

• Demonstrates patience and compassion in working with children with autism.
• Ability to function well in a team environment.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification required within 45 days of onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Assist BCBA in data collection and progress monitoring.
• Support children in various activities and ensure safety during sessions.
