Job summary

Centria Autism in Centreville, VA is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.

We provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed, including CPR/First Aid certification and TB test, with pay range $24–$28 per hour. You will learn evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and TB test (if you haven’t had one in the last year).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Reduce interfering behaviors and support client safety during activities.
