Centria Autism in Texas is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized intervention plans under a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills.

We provide comprehensive training, value patient, compassionate teamwork, and offer early wage access and other benefits. The role involves standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and may require CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Able to work well in a team and be patient.
• 18+ years old with HS diploma or GED.
• Must obtain an Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior plans.
• Assist BCBA under supervision to teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds and assist mobility as needed.
