Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians in Texas. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.

You’ll use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors, with comprehensive training provided. Join our dedicated team and help children reach their full potential.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test within last year.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Onboarding to obtain Registered Behavior Technician Certification.
