Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians in Texas to work one-on-one with children under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized intervention plans and use evidence-based techniques to teach essential skills while addressing challenging behaviors. Training is provided; no prior experience required.

Qualifications

Passionate about helping children with autism.
Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
18+ years of age.
High school diploma or GED is required.
Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification and TB test.
Ability to pass pre-employment background check and move in various positions.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Must obtain RBT certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

Work one-on-one with children under BCBA guidance.
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
Support children in transitions and routines.
