Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to join our team in Texas. You will work one-on-one with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA, applying evidence-based techniques to develop communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification and TB test within onboarding.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification must be obtained after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral interventions under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based methods.
• Follow individualized behavior intervention plans and ensure client safety.
