Centria Autism seeks enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians in Virginia. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA and using evidence-based techniques to foster communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion when working with children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow BCBA guidance.
• 18+ years of age and legally eligible to work.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children and implement behavior intervention plans under a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based methods.
• Reduce interfering behaviors and support each child’s progress.
