An autism intervention center is seeking a Behavior Specialist to engage with clients exhibiting challenging behaviors. This full-time role focuses on implementing behavioral support plans while ensuring a safe environment. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and exhibit teamwork, detail orientation, and effective communication skills. The position requires a commitment to enhancing client skills through positive interactions and structured support.

Qualificações

• Must hold a bachelor's degree and/or 3 years of related experience.
• Detail-oriented and loves to collaborate with others.
• Ability to implement behavior support plans and document data.

Responsabilidades

• Work 1:1 with clients having challenging behaviors for up to 6 hours per day.
• Maintain a safe environment for students and teach self-help/adaptive skills.
• Implement behavior support plans as designed, demonstrating adaptability.
