Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children, following individualized intervention plans under a BCBA's guidance and using evidence-based techniques to build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety, documenting progress, and collaborating with a supportive team. Pay ranges from $20 to $29 per hour, with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification and TB test; pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors using evidence-based techniques.
