Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism under a BCBA’s supervision. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based methods.

Ideal candidates are patient, compassionate, and able to work in a team. Comprehensive training is provided, with pay between $19 and $20 per hour and the ability to help kids reach their full potential.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age required; HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under a BCBA guidance to implement behavior intervention plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Assist with daily living activities and support a safe classroom environment.
