Job summary

Keystone Autism Services is seeking a Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team and support adults with autism in the community across home, school, and work settings.

The role involves developing and assessing Individual Support Plans (ISP), delivering behavioral support, and building skills through person-centered planning. It requires driving to client sites and strong collaboration with families and care teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, education, psychology, or ABA.
• Master’s degree in counseling with at least 33% ABA coursework.
• Master’s degree in unrelated field with PA Behavior Specialist License.
• Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing behavioral support plans.
• Experience working with individuals living with autism.
• Valid driver’s license and daily access to a properly insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supports of adults with Autism in the community.
• Develop and assess Individual Support Plans (ISP) and provide behavioral support.
• Provide face-to-face, remote and administrative support as needed.
• Conduct in-home assessments and administer psychological tools.
• Promote Person-Centered Planning to build skills.
• Monitor and evaluate data toward goal progress.

Education

Master’s degree in social work, education, psychology, or applied behavior analysis (ABA)

Master’s degree in counseling (i.e. mental health, marriage and family, etc.) with at least 33% ABA course work

Master’s degree in unrelated field and PA Behavior Specialist License
