Job summary
A leading autism service provider is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with autism. In this role, you will implement individualized behavior intervention plans while working closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Comprehensive training will be provided, and candidates should be patient and compassionate team players. The job involves physical activity, including lifting and carrying. A high school diploma is required, along with the ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications.
Qualifications
Candidates must be 18+ years of age.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.)
Candidates must obtain a Registered Behavior Technician Certification after completing onboarding.
Responsibilities
Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior intervention plans.
Use evidence-based techniques to teach skills.
