Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics is seeking a Clinical Leader Intern to design and supervise evidence-based mental health services for children with autism in home, school, and community settings. You will work with physicians’ recommendations and support families while coordinating with Behavior Specialists and Clinical Directors.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, eligibility for a master’s program (BCBA), and experience in behavior modification or related ABA frameworks,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, childhood development, or related field.
• Master’s program enrollment (BCBA) is required or encouraged.
• 2+ years of related experience in behavior modification, or 1 year with specified ABA credentials.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to quality standards.
• Conduct regular home visits for the assigned caseload.
• Provide support to Behavior Specialists.
• Maintain progress notes and input supervision hours.
• Meet billable hours goals.
• Educate families on consistency of schedules.
• Maintain communication with HR and Regional Director.
• Stay current on autism research and related fields.
• Attend meetings, trainings, and other duties as assigned.
