Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics is seeking an Clinical Leader Intern to design and supervise evidence-based services for children with autism and related disabilities. You will conduct home visits, supervise Behavior Specialists, and ensure rigorous documentation and billing accuracy.

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and be eligible for a master's program (BCBA). The role requires travel to multiple service areas and strong communication with the team and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, child development, special education, or related field.
• Eligible to enroll or already enrolled in a master's program (BCBA).
• 2+ years of experience in behavior modification or 1 year + 12 semester units in ABA, or BCBA credential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular home visits to supervise ABA programs and educate parents.
• Support Behavior Specialists with evaluation, feedback, and training plan development.
• Monitor session notes, scheduling, and billing entries; ensure documentation accuracy.
• Maintain progress notes for supervision hours and MLS hours; track and report them.
• Meet daily and monthly billable hours goals and communicate with HR/regional leadership.
• Stay current on autism research and best practices; participate in staff meetings and trainings.
