Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children with autism under a BCBA, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.

No prior experience is required—the company provides comprehensive training. You must be patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team; expect to lift up to 50 pounds and obtain CPR/First Aid and TB tests as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and tuberculosis test.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to children with autism under a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Reduce interfering behaviors.
• Participate in comprehensive training and onboarding.
