Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one under a BCBA, implementing individualized plans to teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based methods.

Qualifications

• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Able to stand, walk, sit, bend, reach and lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or GED required; CPR/First Aid certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans using evidence-based techniques.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills; reduce interfering behaviors.
• Be comfortable with physical activity and lifting up to 50 pounds.
