Job summary

Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one under a BCBA, using evidence-based methods to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We provide thorough training; candidates must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, pass a background check, and obtain CPR/First Aid and TB tests. Pay range is $18–$25 per hour.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and TB test
• Background check required
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Help reduce interfering behaviors.
• Collaborate with a team in a supportive environment.
