Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA, using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age and able to work in a dynamic environment.
• Able to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and TB test as required.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior plans under BCBA supervision.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Contribute to reducing interfering behaviors in daily sessions.
