Job summary

Centria Healthcare seeks enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one with kids, implementing behavior plans under a BCBA, teaching vital communication and daily living skills with evidence-based methods.

A focus on patience, teamwork, and safety is essential, with training provided. Expect physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, and a pay range of $19–$25 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test.
• Ability to pass a pre employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to children with autism.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Work in a team environment and stay physically active to support clients.
