Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. No prior experience is required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds.
