Centria Autism in Caledonia, MI is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized intervention plans under BCBA supervision. No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided. Candidates must be patient, compassionate, and able to stand and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and TB test and pass a background check.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move in various positions.

Responsibilities
