Job summary

Centria Autism in Caledonia, MI is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training; you will need to be patient, compassionate and team oriented.

Qualifications

• Patient, compassionate and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age and HS diploma/GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid certification and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children using individualized behavior plans under BCBA guidance.
• Apply evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Assist families and participate in team activities to support each child’s goals.
