Job summary

Centria Healthcare is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing behavior plans under a BCBA. You’ll teach communication, social, and daily living skills while managing challenging behaviors in a supportive team environment.

Paid $19–$25 per hour with comprehensive training and opportunities to grow in behavioral analysis. Candidates must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, and obtain required certifications within onboarding timeframes.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion while working with children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and support BCBA-led plans.
• Must be 18+ years old and have a HS diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test.
• Background check required prior to employment.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• RBT certification required within 45 days of onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Sits/stands from floor or chair multiple times per day.
• Occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.
• Runs or moves quickly as needed to ensure client safety.
