Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized plans under the supervision of a BCBA. The role involves teaching communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.

We offer comprehensive training and a collaborative team environment. Pay ranges from $20 to $29 per hour, with opportunities for growth and development in a supportive setting.

Competenze

• Patience and compassion for working with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to work well in a team setting.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certification and TB test required (within a year).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Candidates must obtain RBT certification after onboarding.
